Terms of Service

incompli provides a subscription platform to register AI systems, run adversarial tests, record findings and guardrails, complete governance assessments, approve deployment gates and issue model cards and evidence. Features available depend on your package.

• Keep credentials confidential and use one account per person.
• Organisation owners and admins control who can access the workspace and in which role.
• Tell us promptly about any unauthorised access.

When you connect a model and start a run, you confirm that:

• You own the model or endpoint, or have written permission to test it.
• Adversarial testing is allowed under your agreement with the model provider.
• You are responsible for provider usage charges caused by test runs.
• You will not point tests at systems you are not authorised to assess.

• No unlawful, harmful or infringing use, and no attempt to breach the platform or other tenants.
• No fraud, spam, malware, unauthorised security probing or interference with service security.
• No reverse engineering, scraping or resale of the service unless agreed in writing.
• No use of test outputs to cause real-world harm.
• We may suspend access that threatens the security or integrity of the service.

You keep all rights in your customer content. You grant us a limited right to process it only to provide and support the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. We do not use it to train AI models.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

For purchases through Paddle, the Paddle Buyer Terms govern payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics. incompli provides platform access and product support.

• New organisations start on a Foundation trial. Trial duration and limits are displayed in the platform; paid access requires a purchase.
• Paid packages are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance and automatically renewed unless cancelled before renewal. The price, billing frequency and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
• Only an organisation owner may purchase or change its subscription. Successful payment unlocks the purchased package for that organisation.
• Plan changes are prorated. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the paid period.
• You can manage cancellation through the billing portal available in the platform. At the end of the paid period after cancellation, the workspace becomes read-only and its history remains accessible, subject to retention rules.
• Fees exclude taxes, which are added where required.

Test scores, findings, framework mappings and model cards support your governance decisions. They are not legal advice or a certification by a regulator. You remain responsible for your compliance decisions and for approvals made in the platform.

incompli owns the platform, test library, scoring methods and brand. You may use reports and evidence generated for your organisation for internal, audit and regulatory purposes.

We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Except as stated, it is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and each party's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim, except where law does not allow such limits.

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security or fraud risk, or serious or repeated policy violations. Either party may end the subscription as allowed by your plan, or for material breach not fixed within 30 days. On termination you can export your evidence; customer content is then deleted as set out in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law and venue are as stated in your order form. We may update these terms and will notify account owners of material changes in advance; continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
